What are your hours?

We are currently open by appointment only from Thursday through Sunday. Please go to our booking page to book your session.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Right now we're only open for appointments, but sometimes we let people come try the studio n between sessions- so try your luck and say hi if our doors are open!

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Only the first cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice will receive a credit that can be used to reschedule your session for a later date. After that, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Can I show up early?

To avoid overcrowding, we ask that you please do not show up sooner than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Can I add extra minutes?

You can add multiple sessions to your cart on this site, but in case you're looking for an extension that is outside the limits of what is available please reach out and we can see what we can do to make it work!

Do you offer photo editing?

No, we do not offer any retouching services at this time. We highly recommend using the Facetune app for editing photos yourself. 

Can I bring my pet?

Yes! Your furry friends are allowed to come as long as they respect our facilities ;-)

Can one of your staff help me click?

We strive to keep our costs low by providing a self-sufficient service experience. Our clicker is small and discrete, making it easy to use all on your own. If you find this challenging, we highly recommend bringing a friend to assist you!
