Social Media Growth Partner (3-Month Contract) | The Click

The Click is a first-of-its-kind self-portrait photo studio in San Francisco, and we’re looking for a creative, culture-obsessed Social Media Growth Partner to help us level up our Instagram and TikTok presence over a focused 3-month sprint.

This isn’t a “manage our accounts and post here and there” role.

We’re looking for someone who truly lives social: someone who films, edits, creates, experiments, understands trends deeply, and can turn attention into real momentum for the brand.

This project will be structured around clear deliverables and outcome-based rewards, not just hours worked.

What You’ll Do

Create Content That People Actually Care About

Develop and execute a creative growth strategy for IG + TikTok
Concept, film, edit, and publish Reels/TikToks + Stories consistently
Capture behind-the-scenes studio moments, transformations, creator experiences, and trend-led ideas
Keep the brand fun, authentic, artistic, and relevant

Grow & Engage Community

Build meaningful, real engagement, not vanity metrics
Maintain an active presence in comments + DMs
Turn viewers into fans and fans into visitors

Influencer & Creator Relationships

Identify and build relationships with SF Bay Area creators and micro-influencers
Coordinate collaborations and studio visits
Help turn The Click into a must-visit SF experience

Paid + Performance

Run smart, lightweight paid campaigns (IG + TikTok)
Test, iterate, learn quickly
Track performance and impact throughout the engagement

How Compensation Works

This is a 3-month contract structured with:

A guaranteed baseline tied to content deliverables
Additional bonuses tied to outcomes like:
- Platform growth
- Engagement milestones
- Influencer/creator partnerships
- Measurable studio impact

We’ll align on clear expectations and success metrics together so everything feels transparent and fair. (Compensation details and milestone structure will be discussed with finalists.)

Who You Are

A self-starter who thrives with autonomy
Exceptionally resourceful, scrappy, and proactive
Comfortable filming + directing real people
Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand voice
Deeply fluent in TikTok + IG culture, trends, humor, and pacing
Confident working with creators and building relationships
Analytical enough to iterate based on performance
Experience actually growing accounts is a major plus
